  • Interaction with property owners/residents and ensure that their grievances are handled in timely and proper manner.
  • Management of general discipline in the estate.
  • Liasoning with govt. authorities and taking necessary approvals whenever required.
  • Managing smooth maintenance of electro mechanical equipment in the estate.
  • Overseeing & controlling housekeeping, horticulture, security and sanitation.
  • Ensuring collection of dues from the residents on regular basis.
  • Vendor development & management for maintenance & renovations in the estate.

Pre-requisites:

 

  • Ideal candidate should be any graduate with experience and expertise in handling facility management functions of any large residential property. He should have headed the facility management functions for any residential property for at least 2-3 years in independent capacity. He should be thoroughly versed with all the facets of general administration & facility management like housekeeping, security, vendor management and client relations management along with exposure to maintenance of electrical distribution system.
